Payment All online registrations must be completed using credit card payments. Please be aware that your registration will only be reserved and considered complete once the full payment has been received. If you need assistance

Cancellation Policy All event registrations are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another individual with prior communication to COMTO.
Transfer Policy You may transfer your registration no later than Monday, March 31, 2026, by providing written notice to COMTO HQ at cwwmn@comto.org.
An email from the original participant confirming their inability to attend and explicitly naming the new participant as an authorized substitute is required to complete the transfer.
In the event that you miss the March 31, 2026 deadline, the new participant can complete the transfer by presenting themselves at the event's 'will call/onsite registration.' An email from the original participant confirming their inability to attend
