2023 Reconnecting Communities Summit

11 East Kellogg Blvd ReConnect Rondo invites 150 communities from across the country to the Inaugural 2023 Reconnecting Communities Summit, held in the city of St. Paul, Minnesota. Here, community members, practitioners, and policy leaders from across the U.S. will gather, share, learn, and plan for collective efforts to overcome the negative effects of the Federal Highway Act of 1956. The Reconnecting Communities Summit is a call for a national restorative movement to advance policy and investment in revitalization of communities experiencing residual negative impacts of transportation policy.
