Advertise in the Conference Program and have your ad seen by hundreds of COMTO members and attendees. Like exhibit space, COMTO advertising space is available on a first come, first-served basis and will further brand your company, products and services while increasing conference visibility. Each registered attendee will receive a conference program containing the schedule at a glance, room locations, exhibitor listing, and instructions for obtaining continuing education credit as well as any planned activities or social events. Advertising rates are subject to change.

• Resolution: 300 DPI at final size 
• Color mode: CMYK or grayscale

• *Rates are the same for Color and Black/white ads. Ads are subject to space availability.
• Measurements are provided in inches.
• Please do not include crop marks.
• Be sure to include bleeds if applicable.
• All advertising is subject to COMTO’s approval.
