This award recognizes a public agency that, through its policy, guidelines, and actions has consistently provided exemplary support to COMTO “above and beyond” by contributing to and espousing the mission and goals of the organization both nationally and through its local chapter. The recipient of this award has demonstrated its efforts in economic development and support of small and emerging businesses, setting benchmarks for leadership – especially during exciting and challenging times; and promoting transportation initiatives.
