The Emerging Chapter of the Year award is presented to a COMTO chapter that has demonstrated a superior commitment to COMTO, has helped enhance COMTO's image within the transportation industry, has shown significant achievement in increasing their local membership, and has implemented successful transportation-related programs or projects within their community. The recipient of this award will have demonstrated overall effectiveness as a new chapter.
