Thank you for your interest in the COMTO Clearinghouse/Directory. The Directory is a free service to our members who are classified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), as defined by the Government.

Once you're listed in the directory, any visitor to the COMTO website (the public and COMTO members) will be able to view your business profile and contact you about your products and services.

About the Directory

Your business profile in the Directory is separate from your COMTO Member profile.  That is so you can post only the information you would like visible to the public in the Directory, and maintain a COMTO Member profile with information only visible to COMTO members.

The directory will display the following information -

• Organization Name
• Contact Name
• Business Address
• Business Phone
• Business Fax
• Link to your website
• Paragraph(s) describing your business services and capabilities

Search Criteria

There are search filters so that businesses can find you in our database.  These include -

• Your business category, such as Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Consulting
• Your Service Area, such as North East, South, West Coast

How to Get Listed

• You must be a current COMTO member in good standing. If you're not a COMTO member click here to join.
• You must be classified as a HUB business as defined the the Government.

How to Post Your Profile

• You must create a Directory profile on our website, and this profile is separate from your member profile.
• When creating your profile you are required to create a Username and Password. The Username must be different from your COMTO Member Username.
• After you've completed your profile COMTO will review your submission.  Once it's approved we will activate your profile in the Directory.  Please allow up to 5 business days.
